@eecuadrado:  I’m sure they were kicks…I don’t know what else it would be!

Mine felt sort of like being flicked from the inside.  And I it happened like 5 times in a row, and it was really low above my pubic bone.  Not really strong, but it was pretty distinct.  I didn’t feel any flutters though or anything before, I just felt kicks first.  I felt them at work where it’s quiet and I am sitting.  I couldn’t feel them that next weekend because I was out or moving more.

Mine felt like little muscle spasms at the beginning (around 23 weeks), now they feel like definite thuds. No mistaken the kicks lol (I’m 28 weeks now).

@eecuadrado:  When I first felt her move at all, at around 15 weeks, it was like little tiny tickles inside that would happen often enough that I knew it was her. Then, her first true kicks were like a muscle spasm over and over in the same spot, or one muscles spasm in a specific spot then another spot. Now, I feel like I have an alien trying to rip itself out of me, think the movie scene… omg. She rolls and kicks and stretches and I watch my belly go all wobbly and weird and it’s crazy! It’s also fun when they are big enough that you can SEE their butt sticking out of your belly.

@eecuadrado:  So exciting! I felt mine around 16 weeks- felt like light flutters. Now I’m almost 29 weeks and baby is super active- strong legs and arms love to kick and punch at night!

@eecuadrado:  I don’t mind the night movement at all! Between her kicking from the inside and my toddler rolling all over me, I don’t get the best sleep at night though!

My first kicks felt like I was being jabbed with a pen cap from the inside down really low. I could barely feel them at all and they happened around 19 weeks. I didn’t get very many of them then didn’t get any for a week during which the baby must have been growing a lot because they felt bigger and no longer like pen jabs after that, but they were still very infrequent. I’ve only gotten frequent movement lately now that the baby has pretty much no room left in there so I can feel every little twist and roll.
