Weddingbee boards

Although I grew up in the LA area, I've only visited Santa Barbara once.  Sad, I know.  I went for a friend's b-day but we went wine tasting, so I didn't even get to really sight see in SB or shop around.  This weekend, my FI and I are planning a mini-get away. I am a teacher and would usually be traveling in the summer but since we're saving for the wedding, no traveling for me. Anway, my FI is so sweet and wants me to go somewhere, so he's taking me to SB.  I need your help! What is there to see? Do? Visit? Good places to eat? We like ethnic foods. We have some money to spend but would prefer to keep it inexpensive.  Any ideas?
