I’m not sure what to say other than that it does look like you ovulated.  It would be a lot easier to interpret your O date more clearly if you had some CM data – are you tracking that at all?  I know that really helped me to tell when I was about to O (and confirm it after, especially if my temps were questionable for some reason).  Otherwise, you’re on the right track, just a few more days until you can start testing 🙂

I’m gonna stalk your thread cuz I’m gonna start charting soon. Looks complicated. 🙂 So I guess your chart is saying your temp spike was CD16? And that means you O’d on CD15?

I’m such a light sleeper – I hope I can get accurate temps. I’m always waking up in the morning to like roll over or tell the cat to get out of my closet and falling back to sleep. I wonder if I’ll be able to get good numbers.

MsYankee:  Yours looks like a pretty normal pattern – it’s not unusual for temps to slowly go up for a day or two before they really spike.  I would say it’s too early for it to be an implantation spike, if that’s what you’re wondering about.

MsYankee:  Your temp will always rise after O & will possibly continue to rise for a few days after  staying up pretty high until you get your period. Here is my chart last cycle. As you can see, after I O’d, my temp went up and down depending on the day, but stayed relatively high until AF arrived.
