Our colors are blue and pink.  I had a hard time finding blue glass but hit the jackpot this week at Christmas Tree Shop!!!  Honest opinions......is this a good centerpiece idea for a frugal, casual wedding?

Those are very cute for a casual wedding.  I like the rounded votives best.

I like it.  What about a colored ribbon tied around the bunch of daisies to give it a little extra punch?  I also like the rounded candle holders best.  I think the flower pot shaped ones need the taller votive in them, and I think I like the sleekness of the rounded ones better anyway.

If you're looking to give it an extra punch still, would it be in your budget to use four candles per vase? (God, do I know how quickly that adds up!) I think that would be great if you're using round tables.

I agree it need something more.  I like the idea of a ribbon on the flowers!  Also, I'd like to use four candles per vase if I can find enough--so far I only have enough for two each but we're heading to the Cape where there are Christmas Tree Shops EVERYWHERE so we're going to buy them out!  I'd also use a taller candle if I went with the flowerpot shaped votive, I just didn't have any on hand for this picture.

Thanks for the input.  Keep it coming!

If you find both types of votives, your tables could be a mix.  Some round, some flowerpot, which might make it easier to find all the ones you need.  Good luck!

Cute - I like the flowerpot myself. Something else is needed.....how about a 1" ribbon tied aruond the bud vase and then a 1/2" ribbon tied around the flowerpot - to tie it in.

But cute and I like the color combination

I like them. Simple yet sweet. Will you have table numbers with them as well? That might add to the "something missing" that some posters have been wondering about :)

I think its cute, but I agree something is missing. Maybe table numbers and a ribbon would do the trick =)
