I’m 5 weeks today and it comes and goes…yesterday after lunch I could have fallen asleep at my desk, but I stayed up pretty late last night. Of course, I’m dragging this morning…

YESSS!!! I’m at 8W too, and the last 2 weeks I’ve been so exhausted that I have not cared about anything, and just wanted to sleep/lay down! Unfortunately, I’ve had lots to do!

Oh yes! Almost 7 weeks and tired does not begin to explain it! I guess growing a human makes our bodies a little worn out Laughing

Me me me! I’m 9 weeks tomorrow and it’s so hard to stay awake. I’m so lucky I work from home so as long as I get my work done, no one knows if I take a nap in the middle of the day!

Weeks 6-9 were BAD. So pretty much the whole month of January for me I was pretty useless. Almost 11 weeks now and feeling a little better. Hang in there!

Me too!

I’m 7 weeks, and after putting the baby to bed at 8pm, I snuggle with my DH in bed to watch tv and fall asleep by 9pm. That’s only because I can’t nap before that since we have our son to take care of.

There was one day last week I had to close and lock the door to my office and had a half hour nap! Thank god I was alone, I couldn’t keep my head up

That’s the worst it’s been so far, otherwise low energy but not too bad

Second trimester bee poking my head in to crush your dreams.. it only gets slightly better in the 2nd tri! Well, for me anyway. I’m still feeling like my sleep at night is not enough and dragging my heels a little. Not quite as bad as early on when I would fall asleep all the time but if I let myself I could nap almost anytime.

All those stupid websites that talk about getting all this energy back make me mad! Hasn’t been true for me.

I’m with Mrs. Sawyer.  I’ve 17 weeks now and my tiredness has actually been WORSE this past month. But that’s probably because I was too miserable with 24/7 morning sickness to sleep much or well during the first trimester.

Now that my MS is calming down, I’m starting to realize how tired I get.  Last night, I fell asleep on the couch at 7 pm, and DH woke me up and put me in bed at 8:30…I slept right through until 5:30 am (well, except for Pee breaks).  Sadly, I don’t feel well-rested today!

I could sleep all day during my first trimester. It sucks, but it’s normal.

Im 9w 3d and I’m tired all the time. I’m having a hard time keeping my eyes open at work, my job is pretty boring which makes it even worse. I find myself dosing off all the time. No mater if i get 8 or 12 hrs of sleep during the night it never seems to be enough.

Im getting married in 10 days and i have no energy to get anything done.. thank goodness for my BMs and MOH, i just deligate tasks to them and they willingly get the workdone for me.

I really hope that it gets better once i get into my 2nd tri.

@Max04092010:  I’m in the 2nd trimester, but man was the 1st trimester SUPER exhausting..it got really bad, I would be forcing myself to stay up at work..sleep all you can! 2nd trimester got better at around 15-16 weeks, I’m able to stay up past 9 pm haha
