Hi all bees who are trying to figure out wedding weight loss,
I have a product review – I bought the fitbit force to help motivate my wedding shape. However, I really also wanted the watch feature (why I got the force over flex). Funny thing – the best thing ever is the sleep monitor! I woke up 7 times last night and had a night of 95% sleep efficiency – while it sounds crazy, that is super helpful to know since I struggle with sleep and this will keep me more aware 🙂 The food log feature is fine, but I will probably not worry too much about that until tomorrow (I heard the food log was not as complete as other sites).
I also did the paleo diet for one month, which allowed me to break free of sugar addiction, and thought it was super succesful. Right now I am getting back on the E2 diet wagon. I have done it for long periods/years at a time and just prefer it (not a big fan of meat eating). Just wanted to share in case anyone has any questions – not an expert on paleo, but I did get some great recipes that were not just steak or chicken.
