I just got one and I have to say that it’s pretty much up to you as an individual to log in your stats on the dashboard. I realized pretty quick that I eat way too much for dinner (no surprise to me there) but the sleep tracker was scary – I really don’t get 1/2 as much good sleep as I thought, one night I woke up 19 times. Does anyone else use Fitbit?
