I know there are a few fitness threads going already but I wanted to see if I could get a new one going! I thought we could post our wedding date/month, goal (whether that be wieght loss, fitness goals, inches loss, etc) and check in once a week (or even every day!) with our workouts and/or meal ideas, progress and thoughts! I really want to start a group that promotes health and self love 🙂
I’m all for ‘sweating for the wedding’ but, I also want to make a solid lifestyle change! I have already lost about 20 lbs, but I have kind of stalled lately and now that I have my wedding coming up in May 2015 I have a new motivation! My goal is to stick to my meal plans, go to the gym 3 times a week and do yoga at least 3 times a week as well. I also plan to lose another 20lbs or so by April 1 2015.
So, who is in?!

I only want to lose about five lbs or so but I do want to maintain and stay on track as well as becoming more in shape. I’m in if I am allowed. Haha 🙂

futureMrs.Owens: Haha of course! Sorry I have been MIA, very busy work week!! Good for you for wanting to maintain 🙂 what have you been up this week?
I have been trying to plan my meals ahead of time and watch my portions as this is usually my big downfall! My body has been full of aches lately so I am going to try and do yoga this week to realign!

littlekay111: ohh I loveee yoga. Stretching has always been big for me because I have been cheerleading my whole life. :)I have been really focusing on avoiding dehydration and getting enough water! Also the everpresent stuggle of not overeating! Lol I love to cook and bake so that’s a tough one for me.
