Hey Fellow Married ladies! Now that the wedding is over, you shouldn’t give up your fitness activities you were hustling and bustling for to get in the shape of your life for your wedding! I want to hear what you’re doing now to still stay in shape and and be the sexiest you can be for your husband!
I’ll start. I started hiking and backpacking more than ever! I just completed a 5 day backpacking trip covering 40+ miles in total, averaging 4000 calories per day burned. Holy cow!
