hi bees! so I joined the gym today (finally) and I also started the C25K training. for those of you who are not familiar, it’s an 8 week program designed to get you running 5 kilometers (or 30 minutes) in 8 weeks, from nothing. you train 3 times a week.
I plan on doing that on the treadmill (hate running outdoors) and i wanted to know how to compliment that with strength exercises on the days when i don’t run.
anybody have a good link? i’m really trying to avoid going with the trainers of the gym if I can help it.
i’m not overweight (although of course i would be super happy if i lost like 5 pounds, lol) and my most problematic area is butt/thighs.
