I don’t have a good link for strength circuts because there are a lot out there (i.e. Shape Magazine, Livestrong, etc), I just do a circut on the machines (leg then upper body then leg) for a total body lifting experience 3x a week.  I tried Stronglifts 5×5 which I loved except that I felt I wasn’t doing it right and I don’t really want to think that much, so I pop a squat on the machines.
