Cous cous or rice salad with lean protein like ham or turkey slices. Baked potato & baked beans.  Just some suggestions.

Oh that’s hard! And I presume there’s no way for you to change your schedule… When I (briefly) worked nights, I used to adopt the same routine as when I worked days, but instead of having my breakfast at 7am, I’d have it at 7pm, and so on. I can eat anything at any time, so it didn’t bother me to have cereal at 7pm, but I know that other people struggled with that. Worked perfectly for me though! Good luck!
