Just wondering if anyone has used any good iPhone apps for tracking their workouts and food intake?
I have tried Virtual Trainer and DailyBurn but they dont seem to have much flexibility in the kind of exercises and food you can add in.
At the gym I am doing a lot of Les Mills type classes and I would love to be able to track the average calorie burn of the classes vs what I am eating.

I use the one linked with livestrong.

I use tap & track, you have to pay for it ($3.99, maybe?), but it’s great. You put in your weight and how much you’d like to lose a week, your type of job and it tells you how many calories you should be eating. (If you save your fav foods it makes it a LOT easier to track btw!)
For the les mills classes, you can get a calorie counter to make sure its correct since it varies person to person. Like in the RPM class you can burn anywhere from 400-800, HeLLooOo huge gap! LOL Hope this helps =)

I use LoseIt. It’s free and works well enough for me. The exercises are a little off as far as calories burned but otherwise I like.

@ babyboo: I use Lose it too! I love it! (For when I exercise, I enter in the time/calories manually so it’s accurate)

I use Sparkpeople. You can use it via the website or iPhone app, and you can add in lots of custom exercises and foods.

I use LoseIt too! I think it is great you can customize it as much as you want and it is free. It also asks you how much you want to lose and gives you daily calorie options for losing the weight and tells you how long it will take to lose the weight with that amount of calories.

I’m using Livestrong also, and I love it!
