Flank Steak is a bit tougher so its actually perfect for the crock pot.

I actually LOVE just marinated flank steak grilled. if your marinate it overnight with oil, vinegar and spices it actually gets really tender. just don’t overcook it! I love the seasoning packets from McCormick!

Marinate it then cook it in a pan, slice it up and throw it on a salad…that’s exactly what I did last night!

I put olive oil, salt, pepper and rub in garlic and grill it on the outdoor grill with a bunch of vegetables sometimes if I have cauliflower rice left over I will heat that up. Then I eat it all with guacamole and salsa. Probably my favorite meal right now and so quick. Leftovers can get added to salads.
