@lmc100:  you could 1. Go to David’s bridal website and order a pair of their dyeable shoes and have them dyed blue, I am positive they have a pair of flats in their dyeable collection and possible add some decor on them if you please. Or 2. Buy a pair of plain white flats and decorate them yourself 🙂

I bought these from Dillards about 2 weeks ago. They are GORGEOUS. This stock photo does nothing for them, they’re beautiful in person. The leather is so nice, and they are padded inside and super comfortable. (editing to add that they are Born Gemma flats)

@xlsm:  I also wore the Born Gemmas (in a different color)! I second xlsm’s recommendation. They are very comfortable and will be something you can wear after the wedding if you would like to get more use out of them. They come in white, pale gold, a deep rose color, orange, grass green, etc. in addition to the blue ones she posted.

I was just looking this up about an hour ago!  A coworker recommended the following sites and there are some gorgeous things.  I don’t have personal experience with these yet, but perhaps one of them will have what you want:

Milk & Honey – design your own shoes!

Bellissima Bridal Shop

Custom Wedding Shoe .com

Freya Rose (this is from the UK although it might be a bit pricey)

Best of luck and please post back once you’ve found something!  I’m in the same boat as you are.  🙂
