My fiance’ is only an inch taller than I am, so I don’t want to wear heels on our wedding day. I’ve been looking for nice flats with some style, but I seem to only find plain ones. Any suggestions for websites? I’ve also considered Toms as no one would see them. (:

@julies1949: Here’s my dress (the one I tried one is too small and we forgot to put the panel in, so don’t judge me! lol) . I guess an off white would be best.

I love Born flats. They have this great soft padded foot bed and are high quality.

I got mine on Etsy. This seller does other designs too.
The gold on the lace is super sprakley, and so are the rhinestones. She can customize them to almost any color too!

If you search ‘shoe clip’ on etsy you will find all sorts of fancy stuff to spice up a plain pair of flats.

Payless… only one they had left though so they were on liquidation. My fi is also only an inch taller than me (or maybe 2). I could wear 2in heels but I want to be super comfy on the wedding day.

I wore these:
They’re Steve Madden. I think Target had a “knockoff” pair. They were sparkly and fun!

I am in the same situation as you and it literally took me months to find the right ones. I really wanted peep toe flats and they seemed almost impossible to find. I did find them however and they were affordable! I got them from dessy.com and they are the satin peep toe bridal ballet flats
