I’m sorry you are dealing with this. Is it too late to call the shop back to see if the manufactuer can fix it? I hope they can make the dress perfect for you.

Do you have enough time to get a new dress in? If not, then I think you should be getting a discount. It’s not acceptable to order a brand new gown in that is not in mint condition. At the very least you should not have to pay for the appliques or for them applying them.

May I ask if you got Hollow to Hem? and how much extra they charged you.
