Mrs. Bruschetta had her wedding there and used Fleur de Lys. From what I remember she seemed to rave about them. You should check out her posts.
So we are officially sending the contract for TRUST next week! Fleur de Lys has been amazing! Laurent is so sweet and he customizes your entire menu to fit your budget. I'm not sure what type of budget you are working with, but he was the perfect fit for us. We actually have a tasting with him on June 16 so I will have to keep you posted! We tried working with Feastivities (wouldn't give us pricing/ refused to work with us because of long engagement), Culinary by Design (very nice, lost contact), Culinary Concepts (didn't connect well), and finally landed with Fleur de Lys! I would suggest not wasting your time and going straight to Laurent! I work in the restaurant business and it was really important for us to be connected to the chef and not just a party planner that works under the chef. Good luck!

How does everyone like them? Their prices seem reasonable...I was looking at their packages online and it says that their package comes with linen, glassware, china, flatware and all serving dishes. Is this true? I'm looking at them for Trust (formerly Fuel) and I thought you usually have to rent everything there...
Seems to good to be true...
