I take Adult Gummi Vitamins (as found at Costco) - they're fruit juice and so so so yummy!
Thanks Lemon!! I have no idea where there is a Costco around here. I guess I will have to check!
LOL! Hi :) Waves...
My OB said that regular Flinstones or Flinstones gummis were fine, but Flinstones complete were not. I have not looked into the difference in ingredients as to why she said this, but I blindly followed her recommendation. (and they say doctors are bad patients!)
I LOVE the adult gummy multivitamin at Target. It's their UP & UP brand. It's like this only for adults and it is under $10!

Sorry, there are no users yet.
So my OB approved my usage of the Flintstones vitamins (2x a day) to replace other prenatal vitamins. My problem is that I absolutely hate chewable tablets. I nearly gag everytime. I was wondering if the new Flintstones Gummies is an acceptable trade-off to the original. Now I haven't looked at the back of the Gummy vitamins to see a difference yet.
Do any of you know? Can the lady docs chime in?
