I think it could be done if you have low centerpieces.  I had mostly roses, but only 4 attendants on each side and spent around 3300 for mine.

My flowers cost about $800ish.  That got me a bridal bouquet, toss bouquet, four bridesmaid bouquets, four groomsmen bouts, groom bout, FOB bout, and two for grandfathers…errrrr plus chest corsage for 4 ladies (my mom, his mom, my grandma, and his grandma).  I had garden roses, dahlias, and various other stuff like dusty miller, etc lol.  We placed mason jars around the room and put our bouquets in them afterwards.  We had three bouquets on our sweetheart table (2 bridesmaid bouquets on either side of mine) and put the rest on cake table to decorate.  We did candle centerpieces which saved money and I love candles so it was super fitting.  I love flowers too but I have candles I can still use lol

I just got an “estimated quote” based on inspiration pictures I sent. I’m in St. Louis (so significantly cheaper than the East cost) and it was over $800 for a bridal bouquet, 3 BM bouquets, 6 bouts, 2 corsages, tax, and delivery. That’s it. They priced my BM bouquets at $100/each, which would put you at almost $1000 for personal flowers right there. I don’t know how many tables you’re having (I’m assuming 20?), but around here most low, small arrangments (I’m talking 6″ square vases, 1 per table) are around $100 a pop.

The first floral events vendor I met with gave me a budget of over $5,000.  That was too high for me, so I met with another floral designer and tried to achieve my look for less, without having to compromise too much on what I wanted.  The second vendor’s price was about $3,600, so I chose her.
