Produce junction!!! I got all my flowers ( blue hydrangeas) for $80. I made my own bm bouquets. You should check it out. If only there was a produce junction in Seattle because I love how cheap they sell flowers, veggies, fruits, plants.
Flower Girl Florist in Bensalem have been great to work with.
We used Flowers by Mary Elizabeth for our wedding. I highily recommend her. She was very affordable - less than $2000 for 18 centerpieces, bouquets and bouts. Super nice, really flexible.
