my florist is well respected in her area, has been in business for many years and even designed the garden for one of my future aunts-in-law. We has a great meeting with her and she understood what flowers we wanted.
The catch? She sees e-mail communication as a sufficiently binding contract. I don’t mind that she puts faith into us as her customers… but we live out of state and I would really like a paper contract. She doesn’t have a standard contract (???), but she said she’d be okay if I drew a contract up.
So I’m asking the Hive for help. Please share your florist contracts! I’m very interested in the clauses used to make it a mutually safe agreement.
