    Hi DC area brides,

    Can anyone give me some recommendations for florists that do a great job with whimsical, laid-back arrangements that don't charge an arm and a leg?  My budget for flowers is less than $1000, for 8 centerpieces, 5 bouquets, 6 boutonniers, aisle arrangements, and some altar arrangements.  Is this reasonable?
