Ours was about 15 minutes, maybe 20 and it had: welcome, statement of intent, prayer, reading/homily, vows, ring, announcing us as husband/wife.  So I think you’re probably on track.  The easiest way to check is to read it aloud and time it.  The length of readings can really change things, so its hard to say for sure without knowing what you picked.

Doesn’t your church have a guideline or book for wedding ceremonies?  I mean he is the pastor this isn’t his first rodeo.

Ours looks like this:

  • Welcome
  • Remembrances
  • Marriage Address
  • Reading #1
  • Reading #2
  • Officiant’s Address
  • Reading #3
  • Vows
  • Declaration of Support
  • Ring Exchange
  • Pronouncement

From start to finish (excluding the Officiant’s Address, which he is writing) our ceremony is 10 minutes long.  I think it will be closer to 15-20 including his address and allowing for time for the readers to come up from their seats, etc.
