@leecy87:  I see juliet garden roses, regular roses, blushing bride protea, white scabiosa, sweet peas, and the white flowers sticking up look like genista to me. Genista is a filler so should be inexpensive if your florist can get it. I usually see it at the SF Flower Mart in the fall, winter, and early spring. A less-delicate substitute might be white stock or white snapdragons, which are more in season in September. White freesia might also be a pretty and fragrant addition. Best of luck!
