Yup, I only have little boys, no girls! Luckly two of the little boys (4 & 7) are the ones I nanny and I would love to have them both involved. I am almost sure I want the 4 year old to be the “flower boy”, and 7 year old to be the ring boy. I already discussed with them and they agree on their roles! 😉
My question for on here is: What have you seen in the area of only having little boys walk down the aisle, no girls? What alternative things have you seen as far as what the flower boy can throw down the aisle, esp if the venue does not allow petals to be tossed. And most importantly, what do you call them? Is it fine to say “ring boy & flower boy”? Or do you call them both “paigeboys”?

I don’t know what terms the couple used for their three boys. But one carried the rings in a ceramic type ringbowl. The bride found it from a picture on Pinterest. The other two boys carried small boxes with a strap on the bottom as a handhold. I think the bride made them. The boys tossed paper punch cut outs of dinosaurs and cars. The cut outs were about an inch or two long.

I’m only having boys too!!! Our nephews range from the ages 3-5 but they will not be throwing flowers since our church does not allow it. My nephew will be the ring bearer, FI’s nephew will be carrying in our mantilla which we will use in there ceremony, and my other nephew will be carrying either our vows which will be nicely decorated or the arras or “gold coins”.
