I don’t have much to contribute, just that I really dislike all-white or ivory bouqets.  Flowers come naturally in so many gorgeous colors that it doesn’t make sense to me to have just white.  I know calla lillies can have some color (or be added with other flowers), so it’s not particularly in reference to what you’re thinking about doing.

I like these but without the yellow roses

Or some light blue hydrangeas?

rachel85:  Why don’t you choose a color that pops against the other colors like coral?  We did that with our wedding and it looked really good.  A color like ivory is good if you want it to blend but keep in a mind a totally ivory bouquet may not stand out much if you’re wearing a white or ivory gown so you may want to opt for color there at least.  I guess it really comes down to whether you want the flowers to blend into the color scheme or contrast against it.  It sounds like flowers aren’t a super priority for you so giving your florist an idea of whether you want it to blend or contrast and how much you’re willing to spend may be all you need to tell them.

Just throwing some ideas out there!

I’d add some greenery or get flowers with a subtle yet coordinating color so it’s not too matchy nor plain.
