I think it would be fine! It's YOUR bouquet and I think it should look how you want it to. Or else, you'll get all the pictures back and just be thinking about the funny shape! :) If you can't do it yourself, I would suggest talking to your FI's grandmother. I'm sure she would be more than willing to help you form it into something you love!

I was originally going to to do all of the flowers myself, using silks. I had already finished 2 of the 3 BM bouquets and still needed to make mine as well as the bouts. Over the years, no one had told me that FI's grandma used to be a florist. Somehow it was deicided that she would do the rest of the flowers. Honestly, I didn't care and I wasn't upset about it at all.
She had all of the flowers for a couple of weeks and now has them done. While the bouts are very nice, my bouquet - well, it leaves something to be desired. She added extra flowers which I am fine with, but the shape looks like someone squished it in from the sides and it is kind of tall.
I feel really bad about asking her to re-work it for me, but it is very oddly shaped (and I already have the flowers back). Do you think it would be too Bridezilla-ish to somewhat fix the bouquet into something a little more round? Keep in mind, I wouldn't re-do the whole thing, just keep it from being so cone shaped.
