I love the blue one. I would go to Michael’s or some other fabric store and pick out a pattern and fabric. This is what we did with my niece for my sister’s wedding and now my mom is making adjustments to it for my wedding to fit my younger niece (her little sister).

Maybe check on etsy. I had a girl I found on there make 2 for our flower girls. I haven’t gotten them yet but I can’t wait to see them. They cost me $35 each.

It is so easy to order online for kids this age, especially for a dress that only needs to fit in the shoulders and chest.

If the dress has a sash, whether at an empire waist or a natural waist, it can be made to fit any size.
