I’m not sure how much you can afford, but if you search ‘flower girl gifts’ on Etsy, lots of inexpensive but beautiful items are brought up. 

Even if you don’t buy from Etsy, you’ll get lots of great ideas. Some of the cutest gifts I see are bracelets, necklaces, flips flops, and tote bags, and many of them are under thirty dollars.

I don’t see what the big deal is about getting her a bunch of candy.

I got her a strand of pearls, then a bag with a bunch of coloring books, sticker books, and things to keep her entertained (my wedding was adults only, aside from her).  I also got a picture frame and put in a note that I’d send her a photo later of the two of us from the wedding.

I got mine a Lego Duplo set that was The Little Mermaid. I gave it to her at dinner and it gave her something to play with for the rest of the night (or until the dancing started!). Mine was 31/2. But a toy is certainly something to think about.
