Do you know anyone who can crochet? I’m sure that it could be replicated if needed. There are alot of patterns available for purchase online that might be something similar to what you’re wanting, crocheted using sport-weight yarn. I taught myself to crochet 4 years ago and I’m sure that someone could whip something like this up in 3-4 days honestly. Hope that helps 🙂 You should search for shell stitch bolero or shell stitch shrug.

Ok so I put a bit of work into it for you and managed to locate a pattern that might work for you-it’s similar to the photo but not exact, and someone could easily add the scalloped border to the neckline and ties as in your photo-the pattern page is in the link on her blog and the pattern, there’s a pic of the final product there but you can tell that it hadn’t been what they call “blocked” yet where all of the stitches are kind of pushed into placed and steamed/dried nice and even. http://lespetitsanglais.blogspot.com/2010/03/free-pattern-crochet-bolero.html
