I have asked my Nephew to be a ringbearer at my wedding. He will be 4 and half at the time. He is not a shy boy but I sometimes wonder if it will be too much pressure for him on the day by himself.
I was thinking about asking my cousin who will be 7 at the time to be a flower girl as she is the youngest girl in our family. My htb is fine with this but I am a little worried that his mum will then expect me to ask his cousin who is a year older. I dont want to be unfair on anyone but I dont know this girl and it would feel a little odd.
What should I do??

@Happybee1985: Go with your heart, I have a cousin who is the apple of everyones eye and my family seem to think she will be a BM… she isnt, I feel that she is so spoilt and demanding and Im not dealing with a mini bridesmaidzilla on the day… I dont care if i ‘offend’ her parents..(she has been part of everyone elses BP) because it is our big day my FI and I have decided on the bridal party together and unfortunately for her she isnt part of it. Aslong as you and you FI are happy with your decision thats all that matters… if you plan your day around other peoples wants you will end up stressed and unhappy.

Ask who you want! If your future hubby is okay with it, I don’t think you have anything to worry about. Even if it does cause some drama (and I don’t think it will) it sounds like he will have your back!

Thanks for the advice. I know you are right.
I think its hard as I naturally want to please people. I didnt realise organizing a wedding would be such a minefield!
