I would put "friend of the couple", after all, they are just little friends and you will probablly be around for a lot of their life in the future.
that's sorta what I was leaning towards. or just not specifying their relationship to us at all.

We are having 2 ring bearers and 1 flower girl. in our programs, we are listing all of our attendants and their relation to us. How should we word it for the kiddos? One ring bearer and the flower girl are our friends' children. I don't know whether to just say something like "friend of the couple" or if that's silly, since they are babies. Or do we say "daughter/son of friend"? Suggestions, please!
