Sorry about your trouble.  Any vendor can be a hir or miss, I also learned the hard way.  In worst case senario you take the pic to a florist and have them try to create the boquets out of real flowers.

Goodness I’m sorry to hear this. Looking at the seller’s reviews it seemed like a ‘safe’ option to buy from.

I wish I could say something that would make you feel better, but I’m lost for words. I’m sorry this is happening to you. I’d maybe go check out smaller flower shops or even grocery stores, explain what is going on and ask if there is anyway they can help you out on a budget of X dollars.

One thing I can reccomend is that you lie on etsy about your wedding date,  know this is too little too late advice.  I lied about it for our cake topper, only by a week, still gave me a scare it came only a few days before our fake date and they had rush delivery on it.  Hope you’ll still get your flowers.

try posting on their Facebook– sometimes a little public push will get a vendor to start returning your calls.

i know this is not what you want to do days before your wedding but honestly i think anyone could do this. watch this video, go to a wholesale florist, roses are available all year round here in australia, you should be able to get some for $30 per dozen this time of year. if this is too much they have $10 bunches at coles and alde and also costco.

the only real tools you need is florist tape. good luck with whatever you do xo

My Fiance had something like this happen, not with a wedding thing but something personal he bought online.  The vendor wouldn’t return phone calls etc and finally Fiance left him a message saying if he didn’t hear from him within 24 hours he’d start a legal process.  He heard back from the vendor within an hour.

You bought and paid for these flowers, you should have a confirmation number or email from paypal. Remind them that by you paying in full its now a contract and you either need a full refund or the product which you paid for.

@sik-em-rex:  I have used petals and spice for my flowers too! and am not getting a response from them, i dont know whether to wait it out, or just lodge a claim with etsy? luckily our wedding isn’t until december, but it is making me nervous! they seem to have been on holidays for quite a long time! you think they wouldve contacted people with outstading orders to let them know they were going on holidays and would be uncontactable!

and what makes me even more nervous is there is a recent review on their etsy account saying the same sort of thing! and i cant seem to get onto their facebook page, it just redirects me back to my page every time i click on it! weird!
