(Closed) Flower petals cost HOW much? aka- what are alternative biodegradable sprinklies?

Perhaps ask all your guests to raid their gardens and give you a few basket fulls of flower petals before the wedding day? That’s the only thingI can think of. Flowers are SO expensive. :/

Not sure when your wedding is, but if it is in the fall you could use real fall leaves.

Get cheap carnations from the gorcery store and tear them up, much cheaper than the ridiculous ‘pre-made’ petals that florists sell.

I’m not sure how well flower petals dry by themselves, guess you could test it out.

I plan on using random flower petals, I thought I would be a rebel and not use rose petals. Flowers are disgustingly expensive. Farmers markets, grocery stores, other peoples gardens (with permission would be best) are places I will be looking at for my petals. Good Luck!
