(Closed) Flower question

Personally, I would go either all real flowers, or all fake flowers. It’s gonna look really strange when some of the flowers look fine, and some are shrivelly and brown. I would say if you’re doing brooch bouquets, fake flowers would be MUCH easier, less expensive, and less frustrating. I love fake flowers!

I’ve seen some like you are talking about and I think they look nice.  Use big brooches.  I would mix up the brooches and flowers personally, but you can play with it a bit.  There are lots of vendors on etsy.com that sell fabric flowers (some are made from taffeta too – depends on what you like) and I think that would be an interesting thing to incoporate with brooches as well.
