Never heard of that. [perhaps the "design fee" is the fee she charges to put the bouquets together? I would ask her to specifically define what she means.
Yeah, maybe the design fee includes the flower cost. Good call in emailing to ask. Our quotes included the flowers and the labor, everything.
Hmm, none of my quotes had a design fee. Maybe that's her wording for labor/set-up fees?

Hello Everyone,
I just e-mailed a florist with some pictures of what we wanted and how many of each item we would need (Brides Bouquet, GM's Bout's, BM Bouquets, etc). I just recieved an e-mail back from her staing her "per item design fees" which do not include the price of flowers. I really don't knnow what she is charging me to "design" since I already sent her a picture of what I wanted. I responded to her asking what exactly she meant by design fees.
Has anyone else got a quote like this?
