Look online, my girls got their dresses for about 30 dollars a piece
What are your colors? Lots of big discount retailers put dresses on sale around the holidays - is there something appropriate you could buy?
I've seen beautiful holiday dresses for as little as 15.00 - and they could totally pass for flower girl dresses.
I guess it depends on what you are looking for and what color...
We got ours at Dillard's and... ugh I can't remember the other place off the top of my head. But Dillards has great inexpensive dresses.
not sure of your budget, but if $60 isn't too much, we got our girls their dresses at gymboree.com. they're adorable!!
we dont have a dilliards close to us but gymboree I believe we do in the mall. I will check there thanks
We got our flowergirl dresses for CHEAP...they still looked REALLY cute, we just added some thick ribbon from Walmart of all places. This seller also has an ebay store. http://www.butterflyxc.com/ OK, some of them are creepy, lol, but I think we got this one in ivory & the girls did not wear petticoats.

I also purchased our flower girl dresses off of eBay. I was very pleasantly surprised with what we found, loved the purchases we made, and let me say that the prices were amazing.
We had 2 flower girl dress styles.
The first one cost $10.95 (+ $9.95 postage) and the quality was very good for that price point (not a "this will last forever" quality, but it did not look obviously cheap). Dress was purchased from MS Unlimited: http://stores.ebay.com/MS-Unlimited
The second dress cost $38 (+ postage). The dress itself was nice, but I was not happy with the ribbon belt that came with it -- an easy thing to replace, which we did. This dress came from Pink Marie: http://www.pinkmarie.com/
Some of these dresses look like they're made for little beauty queens and can be a little over the top, but you can find some nice, simple styles at low prices if you dig a little. As Querida mentioned, now is also the perfect time to get holiday dresses at low prices. I'm sure you'll find something you like for a reasonable cost.
Good luck with your search!
