I’m wondering if I am mixing too much. For my bouquet, I am thinking white roses, egg plant roses, and some greeneries. My bridal party will be peonies. For our centerpieces, we are doing hurricanes with orchid petals and floating candle. Petals will also be scattered on the tables.

I think doing a different kind of flower for the centerpieces is OK, but for the bridesmaids, it might look nicer to have the same type of flowers so it’s a more cohesive look. On top of that, peonies are expensive (at least as expensive as roses if not more). And since florists tend to buy in large lots, I think you’ll get a better deal if they aren’t having to buy a lot of different flowers.
