Btw- she should be able to fit into an woman's size 4 shoe.
I have shoes that are a childrens size 2 and fit anywhere from a 4-5.5 in womens shoes depending on the brand/style.
I think it's different in Canada.... because my size 5 shoe looks like clown shoes on her, she does have some shoes but it's just hell for her finding something cute AND in her size... but this time around, no problem!

After her initial pouts on how hard it would be to find a dress that fit her she's tiny at 4'9 and god knows how much she weighs... not much! Finding something mature looking that fits a little girls body for her has always been hell. But we started looking anyways.
The first dress she tried on was the one, so cute, so her, price was right and it fit her well enough...
Oh and her feet are childrens size 2.
