You posted so long ago- I am not sure if you're still following this post or not, but here are some bands I have been interested in.  I don't know anything about them, but I as well have been searching out some good NW bluegrass (not for wedding purposes, but for  my own listening pleasure!)  There aren't very many, but here are some I have found.  I hope they aren't too twangy, but I haven't had a chance to hear them all myself-  I bet, though, that if you like them and they want a gig, you could ask them to tone down the twangy-ness a little.

And there is one more that you might like the best.  I don't remember their name, but they play every Sunday night at Tutta Bella from 5-8 pm.  They are 20's style acoutic jazz/swing.  You should check them out.

Good luck and I hope this gives you some leads, at least!

I am not sure if you are still following this post or not- if you are, there is a jazzy, 20's swing style acoustic trio that plays every sunday night at the Tutta Bella on Stoneway.  I can't remember their name, but you should swing by and check them out (it's free!).  They play every Sunday night from 5-8 pm.  Good luck!!  And I have searched out a lot of bluegrass bands in the Seattle area, but they may be too twangy for you.  If you're still interested, let me know and I'll forward some webpages.

Also- call Dusty Strings.  It's an instrument shop in Fremont, but they hold small acoustic concerts all the time and probably know about bands in the area.
