I think the second dress is a little too costume-y, but then, it is Halloween! It's going to be an awesome costume, no matter what you choose. :)

@mishelleez: Big hair, like huge 60s sex kitten hair with some gold laurel leaf hair thing (or even just a gold headband) will help take it from sweet to sexy.
Also grab some gold ribbon and do the sandal wrapping like all the way up to your thigh. Use the same gold ribbon for the waist belt and the under bust thing.
You could always carry around a cup labeled "Vino - Nectar of the Gods" and play Meg like the drunk girl at a college party?
Plus adding the heavy purple eyeliner should help make it more trampalicious
