What about seafood since it's in Florida? Shrimp, grilled swordfish, salmon? You could do more tropical toppings like mango salsas -- you could also serve lots of fruit chunks, vegetables... just think of food categories, maybe: meat, vegetables, fruit, dessert. Then go from there. Do you have any ideas for caterers yet, or are you doing it yourself?
Okay, I'm leaning toward two meats, maybe a roast and some kind of fish then veggies and fruits.
Anyone suggest a good fish? I personally love Grouper, but it can get very pricey....
Be careful of overdoing the meat if you are inviting a number of vegetarians...if they're all carnivores, then you're covered.

Hello Ladies, I need some help. I have a mental block for foods right now. My wedding is in November in Florida and will be outdoors and I can't decide what to serve for the reception! I just need some suggestions to get me started. Any info would be helpful.
Thanks
