Hi ladies! I have last minute New Year's party tonight, where I was requested to bring an appetizer. I need something quick, preferbaly a go-to where I don't need to leave my house to get stuff! Help please :) I have 2 hours~

ETA - Why do I feel like this is an episode of Chopped?!

Slice pickles into thin spears, cut thin slices off a block of cream cheese (or pipe thin line of tubbed cream chese), and roll ingredients in sliced lunch meat. Ham, turkey, beef... doesn't matter. It all tastes great!! One of my favorites! Ingredients sound strange but together = OMG goodness!

or cucumber sandwiches!  That is if you have cucumbers ; )  Just peel and slice them sort of thin... mix some mayo and cream cheese (if you have it and add some dill or another herb like it) and put on top of a nice bread slice open faced and cut on a diagonal (I cut off the crusts). So it's the bread, mayo mixture, then cucumber open faced.

I add salt and a little cracked pepper on top.

Ahhh, or deviled eggs work, too !!!

If you had frozen meatballs, you could do those with what you have to make the sauce.

If your beef shoulder can be ground or pulverized in a food processor I got it!

Take the beef, 2tbsp soy sauce, garlic, 1/4cup of milk, 1 egg, (you will need 1/4 cup of bread crumbs or 2 slices of fresh bread or crushed crackers) season with salt and pepper and 1tsp of dried parsley if you have it a tsp of cayenne pepper could be awesome too. Roll them into mini meatballs. Bake for 20 minutes at 425 degrees. While they are baking mix together bbq sauce and dice your oranges real small and mix it together.  When they come out stick with toothpicks and dip into the orange bbq sauce. Could be delish!

EDIT: Use one pound of meat it will make 30 meatballs or so

    Sweet and Spicy meatballs!

@mwitter80: It's official, you need your own "How To" show. You know how to cook, bake, decorate, etc. so freaking well. Even your wrapping was flawless!
