i have used foot petals and they are ok...can i recommend dr scholls gell inserts? i wore them in my 4 in heels for my reunion in Nov. my feet were amazingly comfortable all night...til the very end. i am NOT good in heels by the way. i got them at walgreens - using the ball of the toe and back of the heel inserts.
