I hope it's OK to post this. I was reading Mrs. Estep's heartbreaking story of losing her rings, truly something that can happen to anyone. It reminded me of something I'd seen before, a Tiffany necklace that is meant to hold charms but could also hold your rings while you are washing your hands or putting on lotion to keep them safe and make sure you don't forget them. I hope it's OK to post a link:

    http://www.tiffany.com/Shopping/Item.aspx?fromGrid=1&sku=24945561

if not, it is the Tiffany Charm Enhancer Necklace.

It's $100 which is kind of a lot for silver, but hey, it'll come in that nice blue box, and as insurance policies go it's not so bad. :) But I wonder if there are any similar necklaces out there?

That is such a good idea! Might be a nice way to wear my e-ring set under my blouse when I'm in court. *counts the days to my birthday* Hahaha. Oooh, or maybe a wedding present request from Mr.ND.

super idea!!!! ever since I got my e-ring, been nervous that I would lose it. Also because I can't wear it at work, due to the fact that I put on and take off gloves all day long. thanks!!!!

@GoldfishPie: If you find one be sure to come back and post! I was also thinking it might be nice if it were a little longer. The Tiffany one is 16-18" but maybe 20" or so would be better for this purpose.

Stylish and useful. I am always taking my ring off cook, clean, lotion up, etc. It'd make me feel a lot better knowing my ring was still on my body.

Blah... I'm just finding a bunch of cheesy looking ones like

For bees worried about losing their rings... : wedding 31fhYw1X7CL. SL500 AA300 .jpg

I reaaaally want one though! (the simple circle, not hearts or dolphins, lol) I'm taking a ton of sculpture and shop classes for fun, and my hands take a beating.  Usually I just put my rings in my bra, but that's asking for trouble.  Maybe I'll just whine to SO :P

Edit: This one's not too bad, not as simple and a little more contemporary, for $46:

I'm going to keep on looking though!

@GoldfishPie: LOL @ hearts and dolphins Laughing The thing about the one you found, in addition to the cheese factor, is it looks like kind of a pain to open and close the clasp. The Tiffany one looks really easy to just spring open and shut, like a carabiner.

I looked quickly and also found a David Yurman one that's a little Mr. T and also a lot pricier. I also found counterfeit Tiffany at some random website but I'd be really nervous buying from a no-name site.

ohhh I love this. I may ask for it as a way to hold my rings when my fingers swell near the end of my pregnancy.  I always see women with their rings on a chain.  This is way cuter, and Tifffany.  :)

I came to post the one from James Avery, but I see someone found it already.  :)  James Avery is very solid, high quality.  That's a good price for it.

@MrsAu: I saw that but it's still a lot for a counterfeit, I think. Plus I have never heard of that website and that worries me.

The James Avery is cool! I like that it's just a pendant you can wear on any chain. It kind of looks like the tab top on a soda can, it's kind of cool though, very modern.

I clicked on your link and couldn't help but laugh at the links under the add to shopping bag button! They're like in Engrish!

Ooh! I want one in yellow gold :D My ring looks bad with silver. Probably should have gotten white gold because I hate mixing...but c'est la vie.

I pretty much just leave my ring in its box when I am at work, or I put it on top of the coffee maker when I'm doing dishes. I've had it for... four months and haven't lost it yet lol

@CanadianMermaid: LOL yes! I hope to give it glowing reviews! I'm sorry, I should've been more specific in saying WHICH one I was going to be getting! This will be a big help for me because I wash my hands ALL the time at work and when I wear gloves, my setting is high so it stick out uncomfortably or it moves sideways.
