So I’ve been reading a lot of posts from people who want to get diamond rings and such, but its just too far out of their budget to afford what they want. I totally understand this because I was in the same boat for a long time.
But has anyone tried clarity enhanced diamonds, such as Yehuda? I know most people shy away when “enhanced” is mentioned.
Through my local jeweler I found that the diamonds are diamonds. They are not fake or simulated or any of that nonsense that might be on the web. Diamonds from this company are tons less than from a jeweler with non-enhanced diamonds. They come with a certification from a widely respected company and the Yehuda company offers a lifetime guarantee on every diamond they sell. The only thing you really have to be careful with is if you take it to a jeweler to get some work done, they need to know that it is clarity enhanced because if it gets way too hot the enhancement is ruined. But if this happens, Yehuda will fix the stone back to new for you.
I wasn’t going to go this route becaue of all the horrible tings I’ve read online about these types of stones. They’re not true. You don’t have to take any extra special care, (except at the Jeweler if you take it to a differen one) or be extra careful with this diamond. There’s rumors that they explode in tanning beds, that they are weaker than “real” diamonds, all kinds of things out there. Not true. And they allow you to request diamonds online to be sent to your jeweler, where you can go in and review them. If you don’t love it, send it back. No charge, no pressure to buy.
I understand this may not be for everyone but it may also work for some because the prices are wonderful. Just wanted to put another option out there for everyone interested.
