I love Cora Marine and Ariel May. I hate Zyla. It makes me think Xylophone.

I love James but not Anthony, love Dominic but hate Ruse and I love Benjamin Ray.

We’re TTC now, and I like Dean, Conrad, Seth, Miles, Theo, for boys and Anne-Marie, Inga, Sylvia, Moira for girls.

I was thinking of naming a daughter if I had one Ariel or Daisy May.

I’m kind tempted to put an “L” after Cora, like Coral Marine, is that lame? lol But Zyla Lynn is a mouthful to say together, I kinda wanna get rid of the “L” in that one…, what about Viya Lynn? Is that lame too? lollll

As for the boys names. I always wanted to name my son either Raziel or Gabriel, Raziel Xavier is my favorite name so far.

As for yours. Don’t care for the first one, kind of boring to me. So many people named James. But I like the 2nd two, probably Benjamin Ray the best.

I think Zyla sounds best with the last name (assuming I’m pronouncing it right in my head!) but I think Marie compliments the last name more than Lynn.  I personally love the name Cora, but think Zyla goes better with your last name. 🙂

I really like all of the boy names and think the first two are equally nice with the last name.

Great choices!

We’ve already agreed to a girl’s name (Arya) and I like the name Henry for a boy, but he has no opinion about boy’s names. The only stipulation he has is that we have completely non-Biblical names, so that cuts out a lot of names.

@ImaStarr:

@Payless:

I was thinking why not Zyla Marie? That flows better than Zyla Lynn. (Marie is actually my middle name…)

@MrsAKSkier:  Dean is my nephew’s middle name; he’s such a lil cutie pie 🙂 Conrad is actually what Mr. H’s dad wanted to name him…but they decided on something else. I already informed him that had his name been Conrad, I would have definitely refered to him as C-rad.

@Payless:  I like all of your name ideas! I love “old” names for boys. Beau, Butler, Rousse (pronounced Rowss), Stuart. For girls I like very feminine names: Madelynn, Caroline, Lily Kate.  Mr. H’s middle name (and his dad’s name) is Riley, so I think I might like to work that into a girl’s name maybe as middle. I don’t know how I feel about it as my hypothetical non-existent son’s name, lol.

@Payless:  omg Sophia Riley would be adorable. :)) BTW I love May as a name; it’s classic (reminds me of maybe the 1940s, a lovely woman who would have always been well put together but kind of sassy. Well, Mae West? haha) and pretty! It also reminds me of spring!

@Payless:  This is sort of random, but I know someone whose name is ALMOST Dominic Ruse–literally just one letter different! How funny!

I love your name choices, and I ADORE Zyla. Super cool.

We like the name Eliot Evangeline for a girl. We also like Zelda, but I don’t think we would use it just because of the frickin’ video game.

For a boy, we are all over the map: John, Seb, Clark, Sam, Nick. Obviously we like one-syllable boy names, lol. The middle name for our first boy (if we have one someday! fingers crossed!!) will be my maiden name, which is actually sort of similar to your DH’s last name!
