I LOVE Pureology!  It’s super expensive but I think very worth it!  AND it’s vegan!

I use the Texture Twist to finish my hair and I love it. Great products.

thanks for the tip!  I actually dont use anything smoothing or heat protecting (I know I know shame shame shame) but use Tigi root boost.  Maybe I should try some serum…

Does it leave a greasy residue? I currently am still using Chi oil and I can no longer go on second-day or third day hair b/c it makes it overly slick.

I use an Aussie heat protector spray and I love it.  I tried straightening my hair without it one day and it didn’t turn out well.  I have really thick unmanageable wavy hair.

Look for something that has a conditioner in it too!   That helps with the breakage and also the fly aways and frizzies.

Thanks for the tip! Where do you find Pureology? Ulta? I straighten my hair just about every day and alternate between biosilk silk therapy and some ironing creme I found at Sally’s. They don’t make my hair oily, but being as hot and humid as it is right now, I can’t seem to get my hair very "straight". I am always looking for new products! I saw a Redkken product I wanted to try as well. I have tried Paul Mitchell products and NEVER liked them. My hair is pretty thick and coarse and it makes my hair very oily. Did not like the super skinny products at all. I like that your product says antifade since I plan on keeping up my highlights at least until the wedding (I’ll probably be tired of them by then).

@Miss hot sauce.. I LOVE biosilk therapy!  It’s kind of expensive where I live, but so worth it.

I may have to try this. I love that it’s vegan.
