Encore bride here! But my first marriage we snuck out of work early one Thursday afternoon and went to city hall without anyone knowing. This will be my second marriage and we are doing the whole shabang! 11 more days then we get to share our special day with 170 of our closest friends and family! I am so excited!!! This man is the best thing that has ever happened to me aside from my daughter of course. I really look forward to us blending our families into one. Me & my daughter and him & his daughter. Definately a gift from God!

For those who haven't yet heard the wonderful term, an encore bride or groom is an indiviual who has made a previous trip down the aisle!
Some of us are encore brides, some of us are first time brides marrying encore grooms, but we have all one thing in common..we're in love and wanting to spend the rest of our lives with the right One!
Many of us are parents, and yet many are not yet.
For a very long time there was not alot of information available to an encore bride. I know speaking for myself, there was little to no information at all I found. I'm so glad this forum is on weddingbee because it does give the encore bride/groom a space to address the unique issues and planning circumstances we have. Plus this is also a great spot to toss about ideas and style questions too!
There's alot buzzing about here on this board, and we're happy to announce that although we're a somewhat new board here, we had our first encore bride, TMarie, recently wed and check out her great pics to see how gorgeous this encore wedding was..the photo of her son kissing her hand melts your heart!
