Does anyone have a favorite marathon training program? I don't use a program when training for half marathons. The last time I trained for a full, I used a program out of a book that I am unable to remember. There are SO many programs out there (FIRST, hal higdon, runners world, etc.). I'm basically comparing a bunch of them now but thought I'd see if anyone has any recommendations.
So...what programs do you ladies use?
